| 05 November 2009 // Second live Another project in Amsterdam North for LOOS ARCHITECTS. We have been asked by EIGEN HAARD to come up with a proposal for a temporary use of the former site of the STORK factory. The area will accommodate a unique mix of cultural en commercial functions. |

| 30 October 2009 // Going zero The team of ASR, LOOS ARCHITECTS and DGMR have been selected for the second round of the mixed-use-zero-emission-building competition. The two plots in Amsterdam are actually in the backyard of our office. The results of the selection are due in February 2010. |

| 26 June 2009 // Delivery nightmare LOOS ARCHITECTS and bureau SLA have joined forces and produced a beautiful proposal for the National Museum design competition in Oslo. Unfortunately DHL delivered the documents too late. Due to the competition rules we are now out of the race. Unbelievable... |

| 24 June 2009 // Official last pile Maarten van Poelgeest, the alderman of the Amsterdam city council has officially opened the building site of block 64. After a round table discussion with representatives of the developer and the city planning department he rammed the last foundation pile into the ground. |

| 01 June 2009 // Gateway Gardens extended Our commission for the urban development of the Gateway Gardens has again been extended. Together with our colleagues from ASTOC we are now researching different prototypical typologies and facade systems for several building plots. |

| 15 May 2009 // Relaxed Intense Last month we presented our design for the Alva Laval site in the Oosterpark area in Groningen. The winner of the selection will be announced at the end of June. See the project here... |

| 20 February 2009 // Ok - let's go We are very happy to announce that our housing project on IJburg is on its way to be build. The constructor De Nijs is currently preparing the sandy site so that the first pile can be hit into the ground at the 2nd week of May. |

| 13 February 2009 // Intensive lowrise housing The project developer BAM and the planning department of Groningen have invited us to propose a high density housing project in the Ooster-park area. The result of the study will be presented on the opening of the "Intense Laagbouw" exhibition on the 3rd of April in Groningen. |
